ISO 9001 is the world’s most established quality framework, currently being used by over one million organizations in 161 countries. SAI Global is a worldwide organisation that audits and certifies the ISO product under strict quality guidelines. "We are here to provide our customers with the best services available,' Ride commented, "and ISO 9001 Accreditation and the associated annual audits are an excellent addition to the rigorous standards Interactive currently set."

Research exposes the high risks taken in not properly sanitizing and disposing of end of life IT equipment.Sensitive information for shooting down intercontinental missiles as well as bank details and a proposed $50bn currency exchange was found on old computers purchased randomly from auction sites and other 2nd hand markets has shown that 34% of end of life IT equipment still contains data.

Research led by BT's Security Research Centre involving researchers from Edith Cowan University, University of Glamorgan  and Longwood University in the U.S has found that an average of 34% of computer equipment sold in 2nd hand markets still contained critical personal and corporate data which was enough to expose individuals and firms to fraud and identity theft.
